One Catch. One Unforgettable Moment.

Alabama 49 | South Carolina 18 | September 26, 2026

On September 26, 2026, Alabama tight end Josh Ford delivered one of the most spectacular plays of the game against the South Carolina Gamecocks — a remarkable one-handed touchdown reception that Crimson Tide fans won’t soon forget!

Facing 1st and Goal from the 3-yard line, quarterback Keelon Russell delivered a perfectly placed touch pass on a play the Tide had practiced all week. Ford soared into the air, making an incredible one-handed grab for the touchdown and extending Alabama’s commanding lead to 28–3.

Even more remarkable, the spectacular catch marked Ford’s first reception and first touchdown in a Crimson Tide uniform!

Following the game, Ford shared what was going through his mind just before the play:

“Even that snap, I remember going out, ‘Lord, let me make this play’.”

Now, legendary sports artist Daniel A. Moore captures this unforgettable moment in “Ford Touch,” a beautiful limited edition fine art giclée celebrating another memorable chapter in Alabama football history.
