Leap of Faith is artist Daniel Moore’s tribute the 2016 Alabama Crimson Tide’s dominating defense. This masterpiece centers around an explosive sack by defensive back Jonathan Allen. The played unfolded in Bryant-Denny Stadium during the 2016 meeting of the Tide and the Texas A&M Aggies. It was a crucial 3rd down and the Alabama defense needed a stop. Allen was determined to make that happen. Allen made an incredible leap over blocking back Trayveon Williams, reaching A&M quarterback Trevor Knight. In a powerful collision, Knight was driven to the ground for a sack. Tim Williams, Reuben Foster, and Ryan Anderson, were also on the field for the play. The three defensive standouts can be seen in the background of the image.
