The University of Alabama Crimson Tide’s dominating victory over previously #1-ranked LSU in the 2012 BCS Championship Game was named by the United States Sports Academy as winner of the 2011 College Football Game of the Year Award®.This print entitled “The Shutout”celebrates that victory.This mini print measures approximately 9 x 12 and is personally hand singed by the artist Daniel Moore.Daniel Moore explains the print, “I added the element of “time” as a nuance to the piece. It is a time-lapse portrayal of the swarming defenders, depicted at different points in the game but appearing together in one visual setting. This scene is what I imagine would be similar to the composite image that LSU QB Jordan Jefferson saw as he closed his eyes at the end of that very long night.”
