Another great print from Larry Pitts entitled, “The Winner Takes All”This poker print shows 5 Legendary Bama coaches: Bear Bryant, Wallace Wade, Frank Thomas, and Gene Stallings, along side Coach Nick Saban playing a good ol game of Bama Hold’em!!Wallace Wade: Wade was hired as the head coach at the University of Alabama in 1923. Over the next seven years, Wade’s team won three national championships after appearing in the Rose Bowl in 1925, 1926 and 1930. Prior to the ranking systems, the Rose Bowl determined the national champion.

Frank Thomas: In 1931, he accepted the head coaching job at the University of Alabama, where he established himself as one of the top coaches in the nation. His bowl record at Alabama was 4–2, with wins at the Rose Bowl (1935, 1946), Cotton Bowl Classic (1942), and Orange Bowl (1943). He became the coach and mentor to future Hall of Fame coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. He won 2 National Championship in 1934 and 1941.

Gene Stallings: Stallings became head coach in 1990 and his 1992 team won the first Bowl Coalition national championship. He compiled an official record at Alabama of 62–25 (70–16–1 if the 1993 forfeits are disregarded).
